Shipping & delivery
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please check your spam folder if it hasn’t arrived. We pack your order within 12–24 hours, and delivery then normally takes 4–7 business days.
If the tracking hasn’t been updated for a few days, it doesn’t necessarily mean anything—the carrier’s scans sometimes lag behind the package itself. Email us at info@getrituel.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
Start with the tracking link in your delivery confirmation, or click here for the tracking page. Most delayed packages are either still with the carrier or waiting at a pickup point; the notification does not always arrive.
If it has been more than 10 business days since dispatch and the tracking status still has not changed, email info@getrituel.com with your order number. We will open a case with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement. You will not be left without your order.
Returns
- Email info@getrituel.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return form and the return address.
- Pack the products securely in their original packaging and include the form.
- Send the package and keep the receipt until the refund has been confirmed.
We cover the return shipping costs.
You have a 60-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Notify us within that period, then send the products back within the following 7 days.
Of course, you may open and try the product; otherwise, you would not know whether it suits your skin. We simply need it to be returned in essentially the same condition, with the packaging and any pump or lock still in place. If the product has been largely used, we may need to deduct an amount from your refund or, in some cases, refuse the return altogether.
Did anything arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Then it is our responsibility. Send a picture to info@getrituel.com and we will resolve it without requiring you to return anything.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we inspect it within 1 business day and issue the refund on the same day it is approved. The money will be returned to the same payment method you used.
Your bank then needs 1–3 business days before the amount appears in your account; that part is beyond our control. We’ll email you as soon as the refund has been issued, so you’ll know it’s on its way.
